AllThrive 365 in Peoria, AZ seeks a Manager, Senior Center and CAP to oversee direct service delivery for senior center participants through socialization, recreation, and education. This role also manages administrative duties for services, including Congregate & HDM programs and CAP contracts, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.

You will lead staff, coordinate with funders, and promote program improvements while maintaining records and reporting in ServeTracker, Link2Feed,

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Services, including 1 year in supervision and 2 years working with seniors.
• Familiarity with resources for the elderly at federal, state and county levels.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day‑to‑day operation of Nutrition Programs, including congregate and home-delivered meals.
• Maintain accurate program records and required reporting in ServeTracker, Link2Feed, and MCHSD.
• Ensure compliance with AllThrive 365 policies and funding requirements.
• Maintain relationships with funders and external partners; support reviews and monitoring.
• Oversee meal service coordination and menu compliance with nutritional guidelines.
• Assist participants and refer to CAP staff or health/social services as needed.
• Coordinate activities and special programs with staff and community partners.
• Ensure home-delivered meal vehicles are ready and compliant.
• Promote program quality through community engagement and council collaboration.
• Lead staff hiring, training, and performance management in line with policies.
