Precision Fuzing and Sensors in Middletown, CT is seeking a Senior Manager, Cell Operations - Machine Shop to lead the machine shop cell, oversee manufacturing, planning and quality assurance, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of complex parts.

The role emphasizes lean leadership, budgeting support, cross-functional coordination, and development of cell personnel, with a focus on maintaining high quality and meeting customer commitments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business and/or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of manufacturing operations experience.

Mansioni

• Plan, lead and manage all functions to manufacture and deliver products in accordance with contracts and requirements.
• Apply lean principles to drive continuous improvements.
• Establish metrics to track quality, schedule, cost and lean progress.
• Present performance and quality status to management regularly.
• Direct the machine shop cell to meet product delivery on schedule within budgets.
• Support manufacturing budgets and objectives.
• Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, quality and planning to integrate workflow.
• Recruit, mentor and evaluate cell personnel; maintain trained teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO requirements and contract terms.
