RTX is seeking a Cell Leader for the Cold Section Module Center (CSMC) in Middletown, CT. You will lead a team of skilled employees, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, production, and cost objectives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include directing bargaining unit staff, conducting toolbox meetings, and maintaining schedules. Strong focus on CORE operating systems and customer satisfaction is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, quality or related field; or Associate’s degree with 7+ years.
• In absence of a degree, High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years in engineering, manufacturing operations, quality or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of skilled employees in the Cold Section Module Center (CSMC).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
• Provide direction and guidance to skilled bargaining unit employees.
• Manage attendance, approve timecards, and oversee project execution; establish schedules based on customer requirements.
