Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an experienced CE Operations Lead to oversee the operational delivery and coordination of its jointly accredited interprofessional continuing education program.

You will manage a portfolio of accredited activities and guide CE Programs Managers to ensure compliance and high-quality experiences. You will collaborate with course directors, planners, and internal clients, drive process improvements, support data analysis and JA-PARS reporting, and stay current with

Qualifications

• Experience in accredited continuing education or CPD programs.
• Knowledge of Joint Accreditation, ACCME, ANCC, or ACPE standards.
• Ability to manage complex, high-volume programs.
• Experience providing operational guidance, coaching, onboarding, or professional development support to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of accredited CE activities, ensuring planning, implementation, evaluation, and compliance with standards.
• Oversee day-to-day CE program operations, workflows, and processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Provide operational guidance, onboarding, coaching, and knowledge sharing to CE Programs Managers.
• Collaborate with course directors, planners, faculty, and internal clients to support CE objectives and deliver quality experiences.
• Monitor compliance with Joint Accreditation standards and reporting requirements (JA-PARS).
• Develop and implement process improvements and standardized workflows to strengthen performance.
• Analyze CE activity data and metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Support administration of CE LMS, registration platforms, and EthosCE.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate findings to CE leadership.
• Maintain expertise in accreditation and adult learning principles to drive innovation.
