Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Sr. CE Program Manager to partner with senior leadership in shaping customer excellence programs. Drive strategic initiatives, leverage analytics, and collaborate with BI, CS, Scale, Product Marketing and other teams to deliver unified experiences.

You will lead end-to-end engagement strategies, use journey mapping, and implement testing to maximize program impact while balancing hands-on execution with strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, preferably in SaaS or Customer Success environments.
• Expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce) and analytics tools (Tableau).
• Strong understanding of program management, lifecycle marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Represent the customer experience in field meetings and cross-functional forums.
• Design, build, and iterate multi-channel customer engagement mechanisms aligned with CS objectives.
• Own performance reporting for programs, measuring adoption, retention, and outcomes.
