Job summary

Smartsheet Inc. is seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst – Insights to accelerate analytics for Go-To-Market teams. Remote, USA-based, you will translate business questions into analyses, reports, and actionable recommendations while guiding senior leadership on strategy and performance.

You will mentor analysts, own data-backed insights, and collaborate with Customer Excellence leadership to optimize retention, product adoption, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with strong analytical foundation.
• 5+ years of analytics experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in Cloud and SaaS go-to-market (GTM).
• Channel/Partner experience is a plus.
• Expertise in SQL and preparing data for analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Looker) and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to Customer Excellence to understand key business questions.
• Lead projects and develop KPIs to track results.
• Present insights to executives to drive performance improvements.
• Mine large datasets and create visualizations for executive consumption.
• Analyze data for anomalies, trends, and implications.
• Guide commission and territory planning with analytical support.
• Identify opportunities and propose innovative data-driven solutions.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies.
• Mentor and lead junior analysts.
