Job summary

Rokt in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to accelerate pre- and post-sales engagements by configuring demos, validating integrations, and producing reusable technical content. You’ll work across SDKs, APIs, analytics, and marketing platforms to deliver smooth customer experiences and scalable solutions.

You’ll collaborate with the Solutions and Sales teams in a fast-paced, hybrid NYC environment (4 days per week in the office), build demo assets, write scripts, and help

Qualifications

• Familiar with SDKs, APIs and data workflows.
• Able to write basic code/scripts in Python/JavaScript.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Rokt mParticle implementation and QA for SDK/API integrations.
• Provide technical support to clients to troubleshoot challenges.
• Develop and maintain demo assets, integration flows and walkthrough decks.
• Write basic customer scripts and data transformation rules.
• Assist in technical project management and timeline tracking.
• Create internal documentation and enablement content.
