The Valley Health System seeks a CDI Operations Manager to oversee the Clinical Documentation Integrity Program for GME and medical staff education. You will lead day-to-day workflow, perform concurrent and retrospective reviews of inpatient records, and ensure accurate documentation reflects patient severity and risk of mortality.

Preferred applicants have nursing degrees and CDI experience, with PPS/DRG knowledge and strong communication.

Formación

• RN with 2+ years in acute care and 1+ year CDI experience; PPS/DRG knowledge.
• Domestic/International Medical Graduate: 1 year CDI experience; PPS/DRG knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient admission criteria and coding practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day CDI workflow and program operations for GME and staff education.
• Conduct concurrent and retrospective reviews of inpatient records to assess utilization and documentation.
• Support reporting of quality of care outcomes and ensure accurate reimbursement for acute services.
