Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Regional Manager CDI to oversee day-to-day workflow of the Clinical Documentation Integrity Program for GME and medical staff education. You will conduct concurrent and retrospective reviews of inpatient records to ensure appropriate physician documentation reflecting patient severity and risk of mortality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflow of the CDI program for GME and medical staff education.
• Perform concurrent and retrospective reviews of inpatient medical records to evaluate utilization and documentation of acute care services.
• Ensure accurate reflection of illness severity and mortality risk for compliant reimbursement.
