Job summary

Empower is seeking a Lead CDH Implementation Consultant to drive complex CDH implementations for major employer clients. You will act as a senior client-facing advisor, translating design objectives into scalable, actionable solutions across multiple teams.

You will guide the CDH design, eligibility, funding, data integration, testing, and ongoing administration, while mentoring cross-functional colleagues and ensuring successful delivery from design through launch and transition to ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in CDH/employee benefits or related field.
• Experience implementing CDH solutions incl. HSAs, FSAs, HRAs.
• Experience leading complex multi-workstream implementations.
• Strong CDH design, eligibility, funding, and data integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-profile CDH implementations for large employer clients.
• Serve as senior advisor to clients, consultants, brokers, and partners on CDH design and requirements.
• Translate client requirements into scalable implementation strategies including system configuration and data integration.
• Provide CDH leadership across multi-product Workplace Solutions engagements.
• Anticipate and manage implementation risks; escalate strategic decisions when needed.
• Lead readiness, user acceptance testing, launch, and post-implementation support.
• Provide guidance on CDH best practices and implementation processes.
