Job summary

Empower is seeking a Lead CDH Implementation Consultant to drive complex Consumer-Directed Health (CDH) implementations for major employer clients. You will serve as a senior client-facing advisor, translating objectives into scalable solutions and leading execution from design through launch and transition to ongoing service.

In addition to client work, you will guide internal teams on strategy and best practices, coordinate multi-product engagements, and educate stakeholders on CDH design,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Six+ years in CDH, employee benefits, client implementation, or related field.
• Experience implementing CDH solutions including HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, commuter benefits.
• Experience leading complex multi-workstream implementations for large clients.
• Strong knowledge of CDH plan design, eligibility, contributions, funding, data integrations.
• Ability to translate client requirements into implementation strategies.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile CDH implementations for large employer clients and manage strategy and delivery.
• Advise clients, brokers, and partners on CDH plan design and implementation requirements.
• Translate client requirements into scalable configuration, funding, data integration, and testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage dependencies.
• Lead readiness, testing, launch, and transition to ongoing client service operations.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on CDH implementation practices and readiness.
• Educate teams on CDH solutions and implementation requirements.
• Suggest improvements to CDH processes, tools, and methodologies.
