Job summary

Empower Retirement seeks a Lead CDH Implementation Consultant to drive complex Consumer-Directed Health projects for large employer clients. You will translate client objectives into scalable plans and lead execution from design through launch and transition to service.

As an internal authority, you will guide CDH strategy, best practices, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing operations across multiple benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in CDH, employee benefits, or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate client requirements into implementation plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex CDH implementations for major employer clients, owning strategy, risks, and delivery.
• Serve as senior advisor to clients, brokers, and partners on CDH design and requirements.
• Translate client needs into scalable configuration, data integration, testing, and ongoing administration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multi-product Workplace Solutions engagements.
