Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Consultant - CDBG-DR to join our Government Services Practice in the United States. The ideal candidate has hands-on CDBG-DR grant management experience with HUD regulations, and a proven ability to support complex disaster recovery programs in compliance or policy roles.

This role may be remote or hybrid, with potential travel to firm offices or client sites. Responsibilities include planning, execution, and delivery of engagements, as well as business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of successful CDBG-DR grant management experience in a compliance or policy-related role.
• Strong policy background including 2 CFR 200 and 24 CFR 570 compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support CDBG-DR consulting engagements from planning to delivery.
• Assist clients in maintaining compliance with HUD regulations and Federal notices.
• Analyze eligibility of costs and activities to meet National Objective requirements.
• Help design program implementation and program design.
• Draft and evaluate grantee Action Plan Amendments for compliance.
• Develop policies and procedures aligned with regulations and grant agreements.
• Ensure timely development of client deliverables and responses to proposals.
• Occasionally travel to firm offices or client locations; participate in business development.
