EisnerAmper seeks a Senior Consultant – CDBG-DR to join our Government Services Practice. The role supports CDBG-DR engagements, ensuring compliance with HUD and federal regulations, and assists in program design and grantee amendments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of CDBG-DR grant management experience in a compliance or policy role.
• Strong policy background including 2 CFR 200 and 24 CFR 570.

Responsibilities

• Support CDBG-DR consulting engagements from planning to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Universal Notice, Stafford Act, 24 CFR 570 and 2 CFR 200.
• Draft or evaluate grantee Action Plan Amendments for compliance.
• Develop policies and procedures aligned with regulations and Action Plans.
• Assist in business development and proposal responses; travel may occur.
