Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of CDBG-DR grant management experience in a compliance or policy-related role.
• Strong policy background, including 2 CFR 200 and 24 CFR 570 compliance requirements, and applicable Federal Register Notices.

Responsibilities

• Support CDBG-DR consulting engagements, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Assist clients in maintaining compliance with HUD regulations and Federal Register notices.
• Design and implement disaster recovery programs meeting eligibility requirements and National Objective.
• Draft and evaluate grantee Action Plan Amendments for compliance.
• Develop policies and procedures compliant with regulations and grant terms.
• Ensure timely development of client deliverables.
• Engage in business development activities and proposal responses.
• Occasional travel or remote/hybrid work as needed.
