You will analyze laws, draft policies, and coordinate regulatory filings, audits, and inquiries with SEC/CFTC. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clearing, strong communication, and cross‑functional collaboration; you’ll work with business, risk, operations, legal, and technology in a hybrid in‑office role.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in the clearing industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Jira/SharePoint/Confluence preferred.
• Familiarity with derivatives clearing regulations (CFTC/SEC/NFA/FINRA).
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Highly collaborative with cross-functional teams.
• Agile and quick to learn new regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and draft policies to close gaps and improve controls.
• Communicate with CCUS management and Board committees.
• Draft regulatory filings and incident reports to authorities.
• Coordinate responses to audits and SEC/CFTC inquiries.
• Track commitments and remediation actions for ongoing compliance.
• Build relationships with clearing business, operations, and legal.
• Produce analyses of laws and regulatory actions for CCUS.
• Support second-line activities like risk assessments and monitoring.
