Job summary

Cboe Global Markets in Chicago seeks a Senior Regulatory Specialist to support regulatory program administration, rule interpretation, and training initiatives within the Regulatory Division. This role focuses on translating regulatory developments into practical guidance and maintaining essential documentation.

You will collaborate with Regulatory Advisors and other stakeholders to update policies, procedures, and training materials, while supporting enforcement-related processes and governance

Qualifications

Knowledge of financial markets and exchange rules.
Experience with LMS and eLearning tools is a plus.
Paralegal certificate preferred; academic background in business/legal/finance.

Responsibilities

Administer reviews of rule filings and regulatory developments for impact on programs.
Maintain documentation attendant to this process.
Support LMS administration, course logistics, registrations and transcripts.
Coordinate with Regulatory Advisors to update policies and procedures.
Track commitments and assist with contract provisions and enforcement-related processes.
