Job summary

Vision Technologies seeks a Security Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex CCTV and Access Control systems in customers’ facilities. You will travel to sites, provide guidance, and ensure high service standards while working with IT teams when needed.

You will mentor junior technicians, document service activities, manage parts usage, and respond rapidly to emergency calls to minimize downtime. A strong background in low-voltage security systems is required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in low-voltage/security systems.
• Experience servicing systems (not just installs).
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Utilize advanced technical knowledge to address service issues.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide progress updates.
• Mentor and train junior technicians to improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts usage.
