Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with NC PE license.
• 12+ years in civil design with CCR ponds/regulations.
• Familiar with power market clientele.
• Knowledge of CCR ponds/landfills regulations.
• Strong communication and professional writing.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Independent and team-working capability.
• Motor Vehicle screening clearance.
• Ability to lead projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for CCR/MSW projects.
• Lead senior CCR/MSW client engagements and directions.
• Develop and execute winning client strategies for bids.
• Mentor team members and support proposals.
• Support long-term civil engineering growth and pipeline.
• Direct project design teams and serve as EOR/PM/PD.
• Ensure profitable delivery within scope and schedule.
• Coordinate with Federal/State/Local agencies and clients.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
