Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Vice President Civil Engineer – CCR Landfill & Solid Waste Consultant for our Charlotte, NC office, with consideration for Asheville, Durham, Greensboro, or Wilmington, NC. You will lead project teams delivering civil and environmental services focused on CCR, MSW, and landfill management, with emphasis on client relationships and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with NC PE registration.
• 12+ years in civil engineering design incl. CCR regulations.
• Experience with power market and CCR/MSW projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCR/MSW project teams and advise on strategy.
• Develop client strategies for bids and contracts.
• Mentor staff and support pre-sales and proposals.
• Oversee project design teams and ensure profitability.
• Travel up to 10% for meetings/sites.
