Cognizant is seeking a Senior CCM Consultant to lead OpenText Exstream migrations and ensure functional equivalence across platforms. You will translate business requirements into CCM designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable communications.

Ideal candidates bring extensive CCM experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of complex data mappings, templates, and deployment support in enterprise environments. Remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with CCM solutions.
• Hands-on OpenText Exstream experience.
• Experience with SmartCOMM or Quadient Inspire.
• Knowledge of templates, variables, rules, and data mappings.
• Experience with data integration, deployment, and production support.

Responsabilités

• Perform discovery and analyze CCM applications and data inputs.
• Reverse engineer Exstream templates to understand composition.
• Assess migration complexity and risks for CCM projects.
• Lead migration activities to ensure functional equivalence.
• Translate business logic into target CCM designs and mappings.
• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and enhance CCM across platforms.
• Support migration validation, data verification, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, development, QA, and production teams.
