Job summary

Zenith Infotek LLC is seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level CCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Exstream architecture, document generation, and integrations with enterprise systems.

You will lead architecture and development, translate business requirements into technical specs, optimize templates and workflows, and guide projects from design through deployment in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable OpenText Exstream solutions for high-volume document generation and customer communications.
• Lead technical architecture, application development, configuration, and deployment.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and optimize document templates, communication workflows, and reusable components.
• Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and project managers.
• Establish architectural standards and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
