Job summary

You will mentor developers, review templates and deployment packages, drive architecture discussions, and oversee changes through the release process, ensuring quality and compliance across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of customer communications using OpenText Exstream.
• Serve as onsite technical point of contact for stakeholders, product owners, architects, and project teams.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable document solutions and templates.
• Provide technical leadership to offshore development and support teams.
• Review designs, templates, scripts, and deployment packages for best practices.
• Drive architecture discussions, estimates, and solution planning.
• Support the full SDLC from requirements to production support.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand correspondence requirements.
• Lead impact assessments for enhancements and production issues.
• Ensure change requests are implemented through standard change management processes.
• Provide oversight for document template development and data mapping.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve production defects.
• Mentor developers on Exstream standards and performance optimization.
• Coordinate release activities across environments.
