Zenith Infotek LLC is seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise CCM solutions for high-volume document generation. You will lead architectural design, development, deployment, and integration with enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Exstream experience, CCM and template design skills, and strong communication and problem-solving capabilities to collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable OpenText Exstream solutions for high-volume document generation and customer communications.
• Lead architectural design, application development, configuration, and deployment.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and optimize document templates, communication workflows, and reusable components.
• Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and project managers.
• Establish architectural standards and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
