Job summary

Qualifications

• SDLC concepts with 6+ years experience
• OpenText Exstream (OT Exstream) with 6+ years experience

Responsibilities

• Lead correspondence technology initiatives using OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire
• Design, develop and maintain CCM solutions
• Oversee SDLC processes for correspondence applications
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure high-quality delivery of interactive and batch correspondence
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams for project delivery
