Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking an Implementation Consultant and Managed Services Consultant for Sprinklr CCaaS solutions in a hybrid role within our Professional Services organization. You will lead new customer implementations and provide strategic post-go-live optimization, partnering through discovery, design, implementation, adoption, expansion, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise CCaaS implementation or managed services.
Strong experience implementing cloud contact center technologies.
Hands-on configuration and delivery of CCaaS platforms.
Experience with AI-powered customer support solutions and chatbots.
Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional engagements to deploy and optimize Sprinklr CCaaS solutions.
Own the full lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live optimization.
Configure CCaaS platforms including voice, chat, routing, and automation.
Provide ongoing managed services guidance to drive adoption and value.
Translate business requirements into scalable Sprinklr solutions.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineering to meet milestones.
Provide customer enablement, training, and best-practice guidance.
Support change requests and strategic growth initiatives post deployment.
Travel on-site with customers as needed.
