Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking an Implementation Consultant - Lead to drive enterprise CCaaS implementations and ongoing managed services for our customers. You will lead customer engagements, translate requirements into scalable platform solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on CCaaS experience, strong consultative skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements while delivering

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise CCaaS implementation, managed services, technology consulting, or professional services delivery.
Strong experience implementing and supporting cloud contact center technologies.
Deep understanding of contact center operations, voice technologies, omnichannel customer service, IVR, routing, workforce optimization, automation, and conversational AI.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize the Sprinklr platform.
Oversee end-to-end customer engagements from discovery to post-go-live optimization.
Design, configure, and maintain CCaaS solutions including voice, digital channels, chatbots, and routing strategies.
Provide ongoing managed services guidance to maximize adoption and business value.
Translate business requirements into scalable Sprinklr platform solutions.
Identify optimization opportunities and recommend enhancements aligned to business goals.
