Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking an experienced Implementation and Managed Services Consultant to lead CCaaS deployments and ongoing optimization for enterprise customers. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical delivery with strategic advisory work across voice, digital channels, chatbots, and automation.

You will partner with customers through discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live optimization, ensuring successful adoption and business value.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• 5+ years of enterprise CCaaS implementations or professional services delivery.
• Strong experience with cloud contact center technologies (CCaaS).
• Deep understanding of contact center operations, IVR, routing, automation, and AI.
• Hands-on configuration and management of CCaaS platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and optimize Sprinklr platform with cross-functional teams.
• Lead full lifecycle of customer engagements: discovery to post-go-live optimization.
• Design and maintain CCaaS solutions including voice, channels, chatbots, routing, automation.
• Act as trusted advisor providing implementation and managed services guidance.
• Translate customer processes into scalable Sprinklr platform solutions.
• Identify optimization opportunities aligned to business objectives.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure milestones are met.
• Troubleshoot complex business and technical use cases with Product/Engineering.
• Provide customer enablement, training, and best practices.
• Support change requests and platform enhancements for existing customers.
• Document architecture and future recommendations for transitions to managed services.
• Assist Services Managers with scoping and proposals for prospects.
• Travel on-site with customers as needed.
