Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking an experienced Implementation and Managed Services Consultant for Sprinklr CCaaS solutions. You will lead new customer implementations and provide post-go-live optimization, blending business consulting with technical delivery.

You’ll work with customers through discovery, design, adoption, and expansion, translating requirements into scalable platform configurations and driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise CCaaS implementations or professional services.
• Strong experience with cloud contact center technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable CCaaS solutions.
• Experience leading workshops, requirements gathering, and exec-level briefings.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize Sprinklr CCaaS.
• Own discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Configure CCaaS for voice, digital channels, AI, routing, and journeys.
• Provide ongoing managed services guidance to drive adoption and value.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Sprinklr platform solutions.
• Identify optimization opportunities and guide enhancements.
