Job summary

Summit Et seeks a Sr Subject Matter Expert for the Mobile Deployment Detection Unit (MDDU)to support DHS CWMD efforts. You will lead program tasks, deploy equipment, and coordinate surges with federal and state partners and first responders.

Responsibilities include 24/7 readiness of detection systems, on-site coverage, and after-action reporting. This surge role requires frequent travel throughout the U.S. and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years of RN detection training and support at events or steady-state operations.
• Knowledgeable with PRD, RIID and mobile detection systems.
• Excellent verbal and written reporting and communication skills.
• Travel 50–75% of the month; valid driver's license with CDL within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDDU program planning and management taskings.
• Deploy MDDP equipment and transport to client locations.
• Coordinate and track deployments of MDDU assets.
• Maintain MDDU equipment in ready state 24/7.
• Provide coverage during weekends and holidays when needed.
• Provide just-in-time training on deployed equipment to stakeholders.
• Complete AARs after deployments.
• Assist with scheduling off-site staff for surge deployments.
• Provide status updates to the DHS CWMD MDDU PM.
• Other duties as assigned.
