Restaurant Associates is seeking a Catering Director to lead executive dining operations for a corporate NYC account. You will deliver flawless catering services, manage a high-visibility team, and uphold premier hospitality standards.

This role requires discerning judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with executives and administrative staff to ensure seamless events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end catering.
• Strong service instincts and elevated hospitality standards.
• Calm, confident leadership style in high-visibility environments.
• Professional presence and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communicator, detailed organizer, and ability to solve problems under pressure.
• Work schedule is Monday–Friday, morning/afternoon and early evening hours; flexibility as needed for executive events.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering operations for executive meetings and events.
• Lead management team in execution of company and client standards.
• Track labor and purchasing costs, adhering to preset budget factors.
• Deliver polished service with discretion and professionalism.
• Anticipate client needs and ensure seamless execution.
• Train and lead staff to the highest hospitality and presentation standards.
• Partner closely with executive stakeholders and administrative teams.
• Oversee service wares, rentals, and vendor relationships.
