Responsibilities

• Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business.
• Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business.
• Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience.
• Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, transitions across pre-event, event, and post-event phases, and serve as the primary client contact.
• Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure high-level service.
