Job summary

Jekyll Island Club Resort is seeking a Catering Conference Service Manager to drive group bookings and assist with social and wedding events as assigned. You will coordinate all aspects of conventions, from space layouts to pricing and policies, while ensuring exceptional guest service.

Key duties include selling group functions, maintaining department standards, and managing multiple events with a focus on guest satisfaction and seamless execution.

Responsibilities

• Sell group bookings and some social/wedding events when assigned by DOC.
• Maintain knowledge of department policies, services, and room configurations.
• Coordinate function spaces, room setups, pricing, guarantees and policies.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage multiple events and ensure smooth convention planning and execution.
