Job summary

Loews Chicago O’Hare is seeking a Catering Service Manager to coordinate and execute all catering events from assignment to final payment. You will partner with hotel departments, culinary, and vendor teams to ensure flawless service and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused approach, with a history in hospitality event execution and sales. Eligible for a performance-based incentive program.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field.
• Experience in event execution, sales, or related experience in a full-service hotel environment.
• Knowledge of hotel operational departments.
• Delphi experience preferred; Diagramming software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and service all booked assigned Catering events.
• Lead client correspondence including facilitating all client communication and introduction to operational and vendor partners.
• Build client relationships through professional communication and support.
• Partner with Culinary and F&B Team on customized menu options.
• Outline all details of events in Banquet Event Orders and other reports for hotel departments.
