Job summary

Loews Chicago O'Hare is seeking a Catering Service Manager to coordinate and execute catering events from booking through final payment. You will partner with hotel departments to ensure events meet client specs and Loews standards, handling banquet orders, client communication, and scheduling needs.

The role requires a college degree in a related field, at least one year in event execution or hospitality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in event execution or related hospitality role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Delphi preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and service all booked catering events.
• Lead client correspondence and coordinate with hotel departments.
• Prepare and communicate Banquet Event Orders and resumes on deadlines.
• Forecast group spend and manage event budgets and billing.
