Key responsibilities include leading client communications, building relationships, and coordinating with the culinary team on customized menus, while maintaining detailed event documentation and timelines.

Qualifications

• College degree or related field.
• Strong communication skills and empathy in interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Experience in event execution or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and service all booked catering events.
• Lead client communication and introductions to operations and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships with professional communication.
• Collaborate with Culinary and F&B teams on menus.
• Prepare and issue Banquet Event Orders and other reports.
