Qualifications

• College degree in related field.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in event execution, sales, or related hospitality role.
• Must partner effectively with clients, guests, and hotel staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and service all booked Catering events.
• Lead client correspondence and introductions to operations and vendors.
• Maintain professional client communication and support throughout events.
• Coordinate with Culinary and F&B teams on customized menu options.
• Prepare and issue Banquet Event Orders and event reports for departments.
