Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Chef, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven expertise in menu development and culinary arts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen management best practices.
• Excellent understanding of food costing and inventory control.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Culinary qualifications or equivalent experience are essential.

Responsibilities
