Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior kitchen/leadership role.
• Track record in menu engineering and cost control.
• Strong front-of-house understanding (service standards, POS).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Culinary qualification or degree desirable.

Responsibilities
