You will develop supplier strategies, negotiate prices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to balance cost, quality, and delivery for residential solar and storage projects. The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, total cost of ownership models, and ongoing supplier relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years procurement experience.
• 3+ years data analytics experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform deep-dive analytics.
• Strong supplier negotiation and sourcing skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sourcing strategies to improve supplier quality and total cost.
• Develop and execute RFIs/RFPs and bid events.
• Lead cross-functional supplier negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery.
• Drive cost reduction and project optimization.
• Provide input to maximize procurement leverage.
