Job summary

Advantage Solutions seeks a Category Insights Senior Analyst to act as a key analytical partner for national clients with $20M+ sales. You will analyze data, deliver consumer and marketplace insights, and collaborate with sales teams to diagnose problems and drive growth.

You will guide reports using NIQ, Circana, and other datasets, oversee BI analyses, and support data quality initiatives across assigned clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; certification in Category Management a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of CPG or retail data analytics experience.
• Travel no regular travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Insights: provide insights and market data to measure tactical execution and inform plans.
• Trade & Pricing: support retail trade and promotional analyses to improve effectiveness.
• Business Reviews & Market Assessments: develop line reviews and customer selling stories.
• Project Management: prioritize and manage project schedules and coordinate activities.
• Client/Customer Partnership: build strong relationships and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
