Advantage-Solutions is seeking a SAS Sr. Category Analyst in Matthews, NC to support Category Merchandising Teams with reports on merchandising, pricing, financials, and customer behavior.

You will optimize assortments in collaboration with stakeholders and maintain product assortments with the schematic analyst team using PowerBI and Excel. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job-related experience.
• Experience with analysis in a professional setting.
• Experience in merchandising is a plus.

• Excellent communication abilities.
• Microsoft Office experience: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards and perform pricing analytics.
• Conduct margin and profitability analyses.
• Analyze category performance and store level reporting.
• Identify data errors and provide assortment analytics to stakeholders.
• Assist category managers with space planning and market-specific assortments.
• Monitor store scanning and POS reset impacts for changes.
