Advantage Solutions is seeking a Category Insights Senior Analyst to serve as a key analytical resource for national clients with $20M+ retail sales in a regional market. You will deliver consumer insights, collaborate with Category Analytics & Insights and sales teams, and help diagnose business issues to drive growth.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of CPG or retail data analytics experience.
• Travel: No regular travel expected.

• Strategic insights: provide data-driven insights to measure tactical execution and inform plan adjustments.
• Trade & pricing: assist in retail trade and promotional pricing analyses.
• Business reviews & market assessments: develop line reviews and selling stories to support client opportunities.
• Project management: prioritize and manage schedules across initiatives.
• Client partnership: build strong relationships and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
