Liberty Mutual’s Personal Lines Casualty team is hiring Senior Claims Specialists to manage attorney-represented auto and homeowners' bodily injury claims. You will investigate, resolve, and reserve claims while delivering prompt, quality service to policyholders.

Hybrid work is available for nearby candidates; fully remote options apply to those farther away. The role starts January 11, 2027 and follows PST/MST schedules to align with our home office operations.

Competenze

• Strong written and oral communications skills required.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage, and State Tort Law.

Mansioni

• Manage, investigate, and resolve claims within authority levels.
• Identify suspicious claims; refer to SIU; pursue third-party subrogation.
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and conferences; report status.
• Consult with trial counsel and prepare trial reports.
• Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants to gather information.
• Ensure reserves adequacy; manage financial processing and file security.
• Update files and provide comprehensive reports; manage outside and in-house counsel billing.
• Training attendance and engagement are mandatory.
