Job summary

King's Insurance Staffing is seeking an experienced Casualty Claims Manager to join its claims leadership team in the greater Tennessee region. The role oversees casualty operations, mentors a high-performing team, and drives strategic initiatives to support quality claim outcomes across auto bodily injury claims.

You will lead claims examiners handling moderate to complex BI cases from cradle to grave, ensuring investigations, evaluations, and resolutions are timely and compliant.

Qualifications

5+ years of casualty/bodily injury claims experience.
2+ years in leadership or management roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Proficiency with claims management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of casualty claims professionals.
Oversee day-to-day casualty claims operations.
Monitor claim quality through file reviews and audits.
Provide guidance on complex bodily injury claims strategy.
Facilitate claim review meetings with senior leadership.
Analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and customer experience.
