Qualifications

3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of hiring.
HS/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone and chat features.

Responsibilities

Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation and conclusion of claims.
Direct, supervise and evaluate workflow of claims across multiple states.
Ensure adherence to policy coverage decisions and liability outcomes.
Provide technical expertise to adjusters and review files for coverage resolution.
Manage queue and staffing, participate in committee reviews and project initiatives.
Produce QA reports and support recruitment, budgeting and resource management.
