Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Sr. Supervisor for Commercial Casualty Claims in a remote, nationwide capacity.

You will oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims, spanning several states, with authority on coverage and settlements. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of casualty supervisory experience, knowledge of adjuster workflows, and hold a states-licensed adjuster credential (or commit to licensure within 90 days).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Technical experience handling claims supervised by adjusters.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate claims workflow.
• Provide guidance and settlement authority on cases.
• Manage staffing and budgets for the unit.
