Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own technical processes and products for the castings commodity.
• Develop and industrialize new casting technologies.
• Collaborate with Quality and Design to meet metrics.
• Plan and execute process-engineering activities for new products.
• Mentor suppliers in quality tools and new technologies.
• Partner with sourcing for supplier development and cost-out projects.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and cost reductions.
• Communicate progress and challenges to leadership.
