Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 4+ years Quality/manufacturing/casting experience with a HS diploma/GED
- Minimum of 5 years casting experience
- U.S. citizenship status required
- Ability to travel 25-50%
Responsibilities
- Technical process ownership for castings
- Develop and industrialize new casting technologies
- Cross-functional collaboration to meet metrics
- Plan and implement process-engineering activities for new products and tech
- Mentor suppliers on quality tools and new technologies
- Collaborate with sourcing on supplier development and cost-out projects
- Design and implement manufacturing processes
- Drive continuous improvement for quality and cost reductions
- Act as change agent toward world-class performance
- Communicate progress and challenges to leadership
