Qualifications

• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Responds to customer and employee questions and guides through projects in-store.
• Communicates stock, special order merchandise, features, warranties.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
